The Police insisted that the driver pays GGH 10.00 even though his papers were on point.

The driver was released after the intervention of GSA staff  

Progress update note

The driver called GSA staff. The latter speaking to the police was told that there is a gesture all drivers do (money). GSA staff asked the officer to know what that gesture was but could not receive any answer from the Officer. The officer then gave the phone and the papers to the driver to continue his journey.
