The Police stopped the driver checked his papers and realized that he was using a category C1 type of license. The Police therefore requested that the driver pay GH 100.00.

The driver told GSA staff that it was with the same license that he was issued hi "laissez passer", which proved that he qualified to drive a semi trailer.
But the police objected to that claiming that the license category is bellow what is required.
GSA staff then called Dr. Sasu Mensah from the MTTD to seek his clarification and intervention.
Few minutes after the conversation between GSA staff and D. Sasu Mensah, the driver called to confirm his release
