Complaint: The Police asked the driver to pay GH 50.00 because he did not have all scale papers.

Progress update note: When GSA staff spoke with the Police, the in-charge agreed requesting for money and gave the absence of weighing certificate as a reason.

GSA staff questioned the driver, who said that, due to the fact that the truck was under weight, the weigh bridge operators didn't give him a scale paper nor stamp on the on he was holding.
