Complaint: The police claimed that the drivers' licenses were fake, and asked that the drivers to pay money.

Progress update note: GSA staff explained to the police that the issue is a general one and is being discussed with the various stakeholders so as to find a permanent solution to it.

After this explanation the officer in-charge told GSA staff that he would consider the drivers.
