Complaint: The Yape customs officers stopped the driver, took his papers and asked him to pay some money. They kept the papers for about an hour because the driver failed to pay
Status note: The driver was released
Progress update note: When the driver called GSA staff, the latter asked to speak to the Customs but they refused. GSA staf then gave to the driver the phone number of their focal person at the Customs Head Quarters.

After a cal from the focal person to the Regional Head Quarter, the driver was released.
