Complaint: A complaint from UCRB/OTRAF stated that, Customs officers at Paga border are surcharging the fee for the undertaking (laissez-passer). Instead of GH 90.00, they collect GH 130.00
Status note: The issue was resolved the same day, that is since that day there hasn't been any such complaint
Progress update note: When called, GSA staff called Mr. Tetteh, who also directed GSA staf to Mr. Francis Tanlongo to enquire on the matter. Few minutes later GSA staff received a call from Mr. Oscar Ofori, the in-charge of transit at the Head Quarters.

Mr. Ofori told GSA staff that he would inform the Assistant Commissioner for necessary actions to be taken.
