When called, GSA staff asked the officer to allow the driver to take photo of the licence and send to him for verification.

The driver sent the licence to GSA staff who, in his turn sent to the representatives of Mali Shippers' Council to check. Mr.Coulibaly Abdoulaye from the Mali shippers council confirmed that the licence was original.

GSA staff called the officer back to let him understand that the licence was authentic.
