Complaint: The driver coming with empty truck was stopped and asked to an unspecified amount of money. Because of this, he was delayed for more than an hour.
Status note: After talking to the in-charge, the driver was released.
Progress update note: When called, GSA staff asked to speak to the officers but they all refused to take the phone. Later on, their in-charge, who refused to give his identity picked the and said it was his boys who stopped the driver but he would see to it that he is released.
