Complaint: POlice asked driver to payGH 100.00 because he didn't provide his goods' documents.
Status note: After checking the documents. the Police released the driver
Progress update note: GSA staff asked the Police why the driver was kept for more than 2 hours. The Police said because he failed to provide the goods' documents.

GSA staff then explained to the driver to give the documents to the police for check. Which the driver did.
