Two trucks were helped by the police because there an obstruction on the. One vehicle had accident and caused congestion on the road. The Police asked drivers to GH 50.00 because of the facilitation.

GSA staff, speaking to the officers was told exactly as the drivers reported. GSA staff asked the officer if it is regulatory to ask a driver to pay when officers help them go through the congestion. The officer could not respond.
