Complaint: The driver got to the checkpoint and was stopped by the Police. He stopped and provided his papers. ut the Police said he was trying to leave therefore they kept him for about an hour.
Status note: Five minutes later, GSA staff called to see if the officers would take the phone. the driver told him that he was released.
Progress update note: The drive reported to GSA, and GSA staff asked to speak to the officers but they all refused to take the phone.
