- Progress update note

When called, GSA staff asked to speak to the officer in charge of the incident, but one lady officer told him that the investigator was not around therefore GSA staff should call back in 5 minutes.
GSA staff called back and, speaking to the investigator, the latter denied making mention of any amount to the driver. GSA staff therefore explained to him that the testing fee is and cannot not be determined by the Police but the testing officer from DVLA.
He further asked the driver to let him know as soon as they get to DVLA office.
