The Provided all documents including his warning triangle and fire extinguisher, but the police claimed his fire extinguisher has expired, therefore they would process the driver to court.

The Police told GSA staff exactly what the driver narrated. But GSA staff asked the in-charge if this was not a minor offence that just required caution. The latter said whether minor or major, he was going to process the driver.
After this interaction, the in-charge asked the driver to call GSA for him to confirm who he was and where he was speaking from. After these details, the was released.
