Complaint

The driver was stopped and the Police requested for his papers, first aid box and fire extinguisher which he provided. But the Police kept these items and asked the driver to pay some money.

While GSA staff was still talking to the Officer, the latter gave the papers to the driver to continue his journey  

Progress update note

when called, GSA staff asked to speak to the Police for more clarification. One of the Officers said there was no problem with the papers but the fire extinguisher wasn't good. Then GSA staff asked what exactly wasn't good o the extinguisher, but the Officer could not explain.
