Complaint: The driver was stopped and asked to pay an unspecified amount because Axle load operators failed to issue scale papers to the driver but stamped on the goods' documents.
Status note: Even though it took about an hour, the driver was released after GSA staff's intervention
Progress update note: When called GSA staff explained to the Police that in this particular case, the error is from the axle load operators.
