Complaint: The Police stoppped the driver and asked him to pay GH 5.00 even though his papers were on point. Because of this the driver was kept at the barrier for more than two hours.
Status note: The driver was released when he tried to give the phone to the Police
Progress update note: Th e driver called GSA staff to log in the complaint. GSA staff asked him to give the phone to the Police for more clarification on the issue. While the driver was taking the phone to the police, the latter gave him his papers.
