Complaint: The driver was stopped and kept at the checkpoint because the Police wanted to explain some rules and regulations to him on overtaking.
Status note: Few minutes after, the driver called to confirm his release
Progress update note: GSA staff listened to the Police and explained to the driver. He later convince the Officer that the overtaking was not intentional.
