Complaint

The driver was stopped at the checkpoint and asked to park. After parking the truck, the officer said that the truck was too close to the barrier therefore the driver should pay GH 20.00  

Status note

The moment GSA staff asked to speak to the Police officer, the latter gave the driver's papers to him to go.  

Progress update note

The driver called to report the issue and GSA staff asked to speak to the Police officer. When the driver was taking the phone to the officer, the latter gave him his documents to continue his journey. However, they have kept the driver for about an hour.
