Complaint

The driver was stopped at the checkpoint and asked to provide his papers. After checking the licence, the officer told the driver that it is not authentic.  

Status note

Few minutes after discussion with the officer, the driver called to confirm his release  

Progress update note

Upon calling GSA staff, he asked to speak to the officer (Chief Inspector Isaac) who said the licence is to have a stamp.

Here, GSA staff asked the officer to allow the driver to continue his journey and assured the officer of verifying the driver's licence.
