Complaint

The driver was asked by the Police to GH 5.00 without any reason.  

Status note

Right after the conversation with the police, the driver was released.  

Progress update note

Speaking to Police, GSA staff was told that the goods were not for transit that's why theyr were crosschecking the papers. However, the driver confirmed that it was transit and there was a tracking device on the truck amd that the Police didn't even checked neither the truck nor the papers. They just asked him to pay GH 5.00.


Speaking back to the police, GSA staff let the Police know all the driver had confirmed and asked them to first check if there was a device on the truck and also if the papers are for trasnit
