Complaint

The driver taking a new car to Burkina Faso was stopped by the police and asked to provide his fire extinguisher if not he will sleep there.

GSA staff spoke with the Police and told them that it was because the driver didn't understand the language. The officer asked that that driver get the fire extinguisher before he continues.

GSA staff explainedthis to the driver who claimed he didn't have enough money on him to buy the extinguisher

About 10 minutes later, the driver called to confirm his release.
