The :Police asked the driver to pay GH 2.00

Fter few minutes, the driver called to confirm his release.

GSA staff, speaking to a certain officer Edward, there was no problem with the driver. He then told the officer if there was no problem with the driver then he should be allowed to continue his journey. The police officer got angry and gave the phone back to the driver.
