Complaint: At the entrance of Tamale the driver clashed with a tipper truck belonging to a chinese road construction Company.
Status note: The driver was after paying the amount demanded by the chinese engineer.
Progress update note: GSA staff speaking to one Chief Inspector TINKORANG, was told that an engineer from the cHinese company brought an estimate of GHS 5,000.00. Because the front of the tipper truck has to be changed.

GSA staff asked to speak to the tipper truck driver from whom he took the Chinese engineer's telephone number. He called the engineer and bargain the estimate which was later reduced to GHS 1,000.00. The Chinese engineer assured GSA staff to call his driver to accept the amount and bring the truck.

GSA staff later called the engineer to explain all that has been agreed upon to the police as well as his driver
