Complaint: Even though the driver's papers were ok, police required that he provide fire extinguisher before he can continue his journey.
Status note: Three minutes later, the driver called back to confirm his release.
Progress update note: GSA staff speaking to the police was told by the police that the driver was kept because he did not present his fire extinguisher.

GSA staff tried to explain to the officer how these trucks are not supposed to be delayed on the corridor.
The officer then assured GSA staff that he will release the driver as soon as possible.
