Complaint

The driver was stopped and asked to pay GH5.00.  

Status note

Two minutes after this discussion, the driver called to confirm his release.  

Progress update note

When speaking to a certain officer (Francis), he told GSA staff that the driver was not wearing the seat belt.

GSA staff then asked the driver if this was true but he said it wasn't.

The officer later gave the driver a note saying that he should go and report later to the court.

Upon hearing this, GSA staff cautioned the officer about how several complaints on police harassment had been taken to Head Quarters and that he do well to give the papers back to the driver to continue his journey if not the issue will a level he least expect.
