Complaint: The driver going to Burkina Faso has been kept at the checkpoint for more than one hour and asked to pay GH 5.00 without any explanation.
Status note: Five minutes later, the driver called to confirm his release.
Progress update note: The Police denied asking for money but rather accusing the driver of wrong parking. GSA staff later asked if aside the wrong parking there any problem with the driver's papers. No! replied the officer. GSA staff then advised the driver on that matter even though the latter objected to police's claim.
