Complaint

Twelve trucks were stopped by the police and asked to GH 5.00 each even though there was no prblem with their papers.  

Status note

Thank to GSA staff's intervention, the drivers were released without paying any money  

Progress update note

Upon hearing this, GSA staff spoke with the police and asked if there was any problem with the drivers' paper. The officer replied by saying that they were doing their normal check. He continued and said that it is due to the number of the trucks that there had been a little delay.

GSA staff explained this to the drivers and asked them to exercise patience.

Two minutes later, the driver called to confirm their release
