Complaint

The driver got to a police check point where there was no police officer. At the next check point, the driver was stopped and accused for failing to stop.  

Status note

Right after the apology, the driver was released.  

Progress update note

GSA staff requested to speak to the officer. But the latter was just throwing insulting words at him.

Few minutes later, the officer, who asked the driver to call GSA staff started apologizing his misconduct.
