Complaint

The driver was being prosecuted to report to Techiman court because he does not have fire extinguisher and the truck also doesn't have the sticker with the writing "long vehicle"  

Status note

Thank to the intervention of our focal persons, the driver was released. This was confirmed by the driver himself  

Progress update note

GSA staff, upon hearing this tried to discuss with the police on how best this issue can be solved but the officer( L/epl Pepral) insisted that the driver should be prosecuted to respond to Twobodom court on the 2nd May 2018, therefore gave the driver a note.

GSA staff later called Mr. Simon Tenku and Mr. Adu Boahen our focal persons at the MTTD Head Quarter to find out if the action being taken corresponds with the fault and sent the officer's note to them.

Our focal persons contacted the Techiman MTTD office.
