The police asked the driver to pay GH 5.00 even though all paers are ok

The driver was released right after the discussion with the officer  

Progress update note

GSA staff speaking with the police was told that it was just the routine check. GSA staff asked the police why the driver should pay money and the latter denied that no one asked for money.

Then GSA staff told the officer that in that case the driver should be allowed to proceed.
