The called because he was being physically harassed by the police.

The driver was released right after discussion with the police.  

Progress update note

Speaking to the police, GSA staff was told that the driver failed to stop and refused to get down from his truck.

Then GSA staff asked the police if that was a reason to abuse the driver physically to the point of trying to hand-cuff him.


The police denied abusing and trying to hand-cuffing the driver.
