Complaint

The driver called because he was kept by the police saying that his carte grise has expired since 18th January 2018.  

Status note

While still speaking to the police, the driver was given his documents to continue his journey.  

Progress update note

GSA staff, speaking to the police, was told that the driver's carte grise has expired whiles the driver himself said the carte grise would expire December 2018.

The police later said that the carte grise is not the only issue and that the driver wasn't wearing his seat belt. Then GSA staff asked the officer: "For which reason was the driver maintained" the officer could not answer.
