Complaint

The driver was kept because the name on the pass doesn't tally with his name. This was due to the fact that the driver who was driving the vehicle fell sick after the pass had been issued and could not continue the journey.  

Status note

Few minutes later, the driver was released.

GSA staff explained the situation to the police who complained that they could have reported the sickness to the customs for a note to be attached to the documents.
