Complaint

The driver got to the weigh bridge and weighed the truck and was asked by the operators to pay some amount of money. As the driver refused to do so, they asked him to continue his journey knowing that this will cause him problem with both the police and other weigh bridge operators.

After about 10 minutes, the driver called to confirm his release

While speaking with one operator (Anthony) with the Phone number 0208335953, he insisted that the continues his journey. GSA staff then asked him to attach a signed note to the driver's documents to confirm that the driver weighed the truck but there was light out. The operator refused but GSA staff insisted that he should do so. After about Fifteen (15) minutes of discussion, another operator (lady) who refused to identify herself asked GSA staff to tell the driver to go round and mount the scale a second time because the light came back; this GSA staff explained to the driver.
