Complaint

The driver was asked by the police to pay GH 500.00. This was because there had been a transfer of the goods into another truck and the current truck number does not tally with the weighing certificate.

Few minutes later the driver called to confirm his release

GSA staff explained the incidence to the police since the driver couldn't speak English. The police understood the situation and assured GSA staff that the driver would be released as soon as they finish the chack
