The driver was delayed without explanation for about one hour.

Few minutes after talking to the officer, the driver was released.

When speaking to the officer, GSA staff was told that it was just a courtesy check to make sure the driver had the appropriate licence.

GSA staff told the officer that this shouldn't take them an hour, just to check licence.
