Complaint

The driver called GSA staff because he was asked by the police to some money even though there was nothing wrong with his papers.

After GSA staff's discussion with the police, the driver was released.

GSA staff asked the police if there was any issue with the driver's document; to this question the officer replied No! The GSA staff explained to the officer how dear the movement of goods from Tema to Burkina Faso is for the current government. He continued by asking the officer to avoid these interruptions which make our corridor noncompetitive.
