Driver called after an accident to know the procedures to follow.

Driver was asked to report to the nearest police station. (Kintapo)
After speaking to a police officer from the Kintapo police station, the police went to take notice of the accident. According to the police, it was a mechanical fault. They asked the driver to repport to DVLA, but afterward required the driver to pay 1,500.00gh before they can close the docket. To avoid this, focal point provided the driver with the number of the ECOWAS Brown card secretariat as given in the Ghana Drivers' guide to provide them with a summary of his case. Driver contacted the Brown Card Secretariat.
