Driver was stopped and delayed at the exit of Tamale because he had a stamp on the weighing certificate from the Jema weighing bridge.  

Progress update note

Focal point spoke to the police and explained to him that the driver does not speak english therefore he can channel his message through him for the driver if there is any problem with the driver's papers. The police said they were checking the papers and that as soon as they're done they will allow the driver to continue his journey.
Driver called after few minutes to confirm his release. No money was paid.
