Complaint: Driver was stopped at the Buipe exit and asked to pay 5gh without any reason
Progress update note: Focal point staff tried to speak to the police but he refused to cooperate.
Here again it took the intervention of the MMTD/Police Service focal point before the release of the driver was effected; no money was paid.
