Driver was stopped at the entrance to Tamale and was asked to pay 5gh even though his papers were correct  

Progress update note

Focal point speaking to the police asked if there is any problem with the driver's papers. The police officer said no.
Whilst still speaking to the police officer, he gave the phone back to the driver together with his papers and asked him to go. No money was paid.
