The driver called because he was asked by a customs officer to hand his papers over to the 'goro boys' whilst there was a directive which ordered a stop to the activities ofthese goro boys  

Progress update note

Focal point first spoke with the goro boy who denied collectoing the papers from the drivers, but later on claimed the drivers came to him for help.
After that the focal point made Mr. George Enchill, a customs officer speak to customs officer in charge at the border for more clarification. The drivers were released after this intervention; no money was paid. Issue of the ban on goro boys ban was reinforced by customs. (Document attached)
