Driver called because he was kept for more than four hours at the entrance to Tamale just because the driver said he didn't have money (5gh). The police officer took his license away without any explanation  

Progress update note

Focal point asked the driver to go to the police station so that he can speak to the police officer.
After the focal point soke with the officer involved, the driver was released; no money was paid.
