Driver said they have been stopped for about 30 minutes 15 km after Tamale, even though their papers are okay.  

Progress update note

On speaking with the police, they claimed the drivers failed to stop and they chased them. But two drivers testified that they did not fail to stop.
Driver called to confirm their release after about 50 minutes; No money was paid.
