Complaint

Driver called because they were kept at the barrier (entrance of Tamale) for more than two hours.  

Progress update note

Focal point tried speaking to the police but they first refused to collaborate. After about 2 minutes, BA staff called and insisted on speaking before an officer took the phone. According to the officer they were checking the drivers' papers and that as soon as they finished checking they will let them go.
Driver called to confirm their release. However he made me understand that their papers were thrown on the floor for them to collect. No money was paid.
