Driver was stopped and required to present a weighing certificate from Djama. Since they did not have the certificate but had a stamp of the Djama weighbridge, the police insisted that they pay some money.  

Progress update note

Focal point sensitized the need for the driver to insist on their weighing certificate at all weighbridge stations.
Focal point then requested the police to release them, commiting to continue to sentize drivers on the correct procedure to follow. Driver was released.
