Driver was stopped at the exit of Techiman. His licence and papers were checked and were found to be correct. However the driver was detained for about 1 hour before the officer asked him to pay money.

BA staff tried to speak to the officer who refused to collaborate.
Driver was released after about 1 hour 45 minutes. No payment was made.
